Our team of John Holland (a leading Australian engineering and services) came from diverse backgrounds. This diversity in skills and management styles added color to our strategy discussions for the BGF Business Game and made more fruitful. We see the development of our sales and marketing strategies for a consumer product like a challenge but it took very little to adapt and find our own style.
In the spirit of Anzac, after going our way looking for the first two rounds but do not abandon our strategy and decided to keep this consistency is that paid substantial dividends in rounds 3 and 4.
John Holland, with a presence mainly in Australia, is ready to conquer the world in BGF semifinals!
