Being first in front of eight competitors, this is the first time reached the semifinals of SKF BGF Business Tournament! Our team consists of people from different departments (Sales, Control, Human Resources, Quality and Supply Chain) and different experiences have helped in the decision making process. Following an exciting period of 10 weeks where the game showed us the economic processes in a realistic way, we learned how from management must strike a balance between the demands of customers, employees and shareholders. The game is an excellent exercise for the team dynamics, and we're excited to face to the semifinals in September.
