For the second consecutive year, participated with two teams VIPnet (Aragorn and Nika) in the BGF Business Game organized by Business Game Factory Ltd . F teams ormaron the steering committee of a multinational virtual and simultaneously competed against seven teams from different companies and countries. The objective was to make strategic decisions to create greater shareholder value. Aragorn was proclaimed winner of the division and took second place Nika. VIPnet and participated last year in the semifinals of the largest simulation of global business.

Experience - We had the opportunity to see all aspects of the market, and we realized how important the work as a team: listening to others, give your ideas, analyze results, and sometimes have misconceptions. Overall, the business simulation gives you a good overview of the business. The exercise was very dynamic and interesting, and we rise to final victory.

Benefits -
First of all, generate team spirit. Everyone gave the best of himself during the game business, some were better in the analysis, one in the predictions, one was aware of some key detail and others took the picture. The second was that we practice our strategic thinking and then we translate it into inputs in our action plan. And the third, and perhaps most interesting for Aragorn, we had the opportunity to make decisions from the point of view of a steering committee. Most of us deal with operational issues in our daily work, so this was for us something very novel and interesting.

Next Steps - The competition continues next September. Our team will participate in the semifinals and hope for the best. Until then Life goes on. Some of the skills learned and in some cases just discovered, we will use in our daily work.
