Perstorp Five teams from different countries of the world participated in the BGF Business Game In-company . The objective of the business simulation was to provide high potential, most of them engineers, the opportunity to learn the business and see why certain decisions made by the steering committee. In the business game teams deepened the understanding of different business strategies, financial planning and teamwork.


winning team leader "Oxo" he said, "I think the Business Game is not just a good experience to refresh financial skills, but also a fun learning experience throughout the process. There are aspects such as team dynamics, time management and resources, communication challenges, it is also a great way to meet other colleagues. For me, learning experiences have had more impact than others. I think it is important that each person is responsible for their own learning in the business game. Sometimes learning opportunities occur where you least expect it - it's about learning what to do and not do in the situations we face. I thank everyone who participated. Now our team is hoping the challenge of the semifinals against other firms.

The semifinals of BGF Business Game left behind and are proud to announce the six best teams in the world's largest business game for global corporations. The six division winners will be representing 6 different countries in the final to be held on 28th November. These are the teams that qualify for world finals:

Business Game Factory has successfully organized an In-Game Business company KPMG Sweden. Four teams competed simultaneously in Sweden KPMG business simulation for a period of 4 days. In the business game, each team is responsible for directing a fictitious global company for a period of four years.

After fierce competition in search of the best benefits and fight for market shares, the team "The dogs diamonds" won the competition and secured a spot in the semifinals of the BGF Business Game to be held next September 2008.

Chalotte Gustavsson, team leader of "The diamond dogs" said: "It was a very positive experience to work if we knew more. Questions regarding the company's case is related to the way we work, it was fun to discuss these things in a relaxed manner. It was interesting to see how the teams became competitive. It was fun! "

Sweden SEB Lithuania to the final classification of BGF Business Game


Team SEB Vilniaus Bankas (Lithuania) has secured a place in the final BGF Business Game, organized by Business Game Factory , next November. After beating his colleagues in the "SEB Championships in Business Management, event organized annually. Calsificó Lithuanian team to the semifinals of the largest simulation of global business, where he beat all competitors, from different companies and countries. Team SEB Lithuania participate in the final BGF business game against other division winners. If the SEB team manage to qualify in the top three global teams will be guaranteed a ticket to Cannes for the prizegiving ceremony in the French Riviera.

The team leader Virginijus Doveika , Head of International companies said, "This game is an excellent opportunity to team and an opportunity to practice management decisions in a competitive environment. BGF Business Game - New Beginnings


We kick off a new edition of BGF Business Game , the largest simulation of global business. The idea the simulator is to form teams of 3-5 people, which trendrán the responsibility of running a company with thousands of employees, and take all the decisions a steering committee takes on the day to day: Marketing, HR, R & D , Finance, etc.

The business simulation is animated with a little healthy global competition against teams from over 65 countries. The top three teams overall at the competition are invited to the awards ceremony in Cannes on the French Riviera.

The objective of the training:

- Panorama: "View how they relate to the different areas of the company with each other "
- Strategy:" Understanding the business and your position in the market more efficient "
- Analysis:" Manage numbers, analyze the market and your competitors "
- Decision-making:" Making decisions and see the impact immediately, "

Red.es Participation in GDB What game

Red.es participated in the BGF Business Game Training through its partner in Spain, WinToWin Partners, creating an internal competition of 4 teams: Albatros, Win -Atmos-Team, and Lifo Ñoquia.es. During the months of April, May and June, the 4 teams alternated throughout the various rounds the lead but was eventually Ñoquia.es who won the victory, is it by name?.

As on other occasions, Red.es teams began their experience with a Kick Off meeting which brought participants and in which he explained the dynamics of the game and all the variables that should be taken into account in order to handle "business." Throughout the competition the participants demonstrated their leadership abilities and his great competitiveness. The training ended with a feedback session to evaluate the work (time which reflects the picture below).

Beginnings April and May and left behind. Teams of eleven companies from nine countries have qualified to semifinals BGF Business Game to be held next September. A total of 51 teams will be participating in the semifinals and will struggle to gain a spot in the final. The top three teams in the finals will be invited to a trip to the French Riviera in Cannes.


The business simulation each team is responsible for running a virtual company for a period of 4 years tax dummy and take all the decisions a CEO takes on day to day : marketing, HR, R & D, sales, finance etc.. Teams compete against other real competitors companies and countries.

Five teams from Syngenta from different countries (Brazil, Switzerland and Asia) were participating successfully in the BGF Business Game In-Company .

Andreas Steinle, a member of the winning team of Swiss Syngenta in the business game left us this testimonial: "What an experience so exciting! For four weeks, our normal life work has been motivated by a challenging and exciting with business game. Analyze the market, look for opportunities and make their own decisions, in short, to manage our own business doing a few extra hours worthwhile. The game illustrates a very entertaining way, the complexity of a company and how difficult it can be the decision-making. It is not just learning what makes the game a special event. Competing against other 4 teams from the same company, the game went very quickly and we became one of the main topics of conversation in cafes and food, therefore, brought an important social component.

The result of the first round of was very tight. Fortunately we managed to finish first. Having to defend our lead from the start, the game was a tough race. How we succeed, we will not say yet, there are still the semifinals to play and hope to move to the next round. "

KPMG Sweden will participate in the BGF Business Game In-Company in September 2007

Four teams of KPMG Sweden will compete in the BGF Business Game In-company for a period of four days next September. The objective of the business simulation in-company will develop management skills and get the global business vision, which will result better understanding of customers. Another basic ingredient is that participants will use the tool to promote teamwork, while exchanging business ideas, which apply their daily work in different business units.
